Paradise Restored

The restoration work on Codornices Creek at my north Berkeley listing (1718 Beverly Place)is substantially finished and we are ready to sell the property. Turn on your speakers and enjoy this little video tour and the sound of the stream rushing toward San Francisco Bay

Arthur White: (Cal DRE 01273793) Like many Californians I am a transplant from elsewhere, but I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. My office is in Berkeley with a great group of colleagues. It's an excellent location from which to practice my profession in a colaborative atmosphere. Presently I live in Oakland's Dimond District. Yes it's Dimond, not Diamond, named after a 19th century resident Hugh Dimond. Among other professional qualifications I am a licensed real estate broker (Cal DRE Lic. No 01273793), a Realtor, a certified mediator, and a member of the California Bar (Cal SB No. 01465). I currently offer real estate brokerage services only through Red Oak Realty with offices in Berkeley and Oakland.
