- (Cal DRE 01273793) Like many Californians I am a transplant from elsewhere, but I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 30 years. My office is in Berkeley with a great group of colleagues. It's an excellent location from which to practice my profession in a colaborative atmosphere. Presently I live in Oakland's Dimond District. Yes it's Dimond, not Diamond, named after a 19th century resident Hugh Dimond. Among other professional qualifications I am a licensed real estate broker (Cal DRE Lic. No 01273793), a Realtor, a certified mediator, and a member of the California Bar (Cal SB No. 01465). I currently offer real estate brokerage services only through Red Oak Realty with offices in Berkeley and Oakland.
